Warranty

Warranty Policy

At Sportpat, we are committed to providing high quality products. If you encounter a problem with any of our products, we invite you to follow our warranty claim procedure detailed below.

1. Warranty period: All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Periods may vary according to the progressive warranties offered by our suppliers and manufacturers.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a warranty claim, the product must have been used in accordance with its instructions and must show no signs of misuse, unauthorized modification or accidental damage. Each product is subject to normal wear and tear throughout its lifetime. The term ""lifetime"" does not apply during the owner's lifetime. Our products are not intended to last the lifetime of the owner, but the lifetime of the product. Product life may be reduced by frequent and/or aggressive use, or by aging, which may accelerate the rate of natural degradation of the product.

3. Claim procedure :

  • Step 1: Fill in a form in the "Contact us" tab (click here) tab with your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the problem and photos of the defective product.
  • Step 2: A customer service representative will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
  • Step 3: If your claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund of the faulty product, in accordance with the terms of the warranty.


4. Exclusions : The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, accidents or products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

5. Transport costs: Transport costs for sending the defective product to our service center are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise specified by our customer service department.
